There was an uproar over the fight with the dragon in Naagin 7, the audience got angry on Ekta Kapoor’s show due to excessive use of AI.

Nagin :The recent episode of TV’s popular supernatural show Naagin 7 has become a victim of sharp criticism on social media. The high-voltage fight between Naagin and Dragon shown in the episode did not receive the same response from the audience as the makers had expected. This scene, which was made in an attempt to appear grand, now seems to be backfiring for the makers.

The audience has accused the creative makers of the show of excessive use of artificial intelligence (AI) and visual effects regarding the conflict shown between the serpent and a huge dragon played by Priyanka Chahar Choudhary. Many users on social media described the scene as artificial, hastily prepared and ineffective.

Questions raised on dragon fight scene in Naagin 7

In the latest episode of Naagin 7, it was shown how a python spits fire at the serpent and in response the serpent uses her powers and throws a trident at it. After this the fight reaches the river, where the struggle between the two continues and in the end the serpent defeats the python.

Although this scene was an important part of the story, viewers say that the excessive use of AI and VFX weakened the impact of this fight.

Audience’s anger on social media

A social media user wrote,"My thinking about the writers of Naagin 7 turned out to be wrong, what nonsense is this? Extensive use of artificial intelligence, very few scenes of PCC becoming a serpent, exaggerated dragon fight scene that ends in just 2 minutes, cartoon-like villain, no story for the main male character. Hastily made and completely redundant. The actors are working hard to handle the show."

Another user tagged Ekta Kapoor and wrote,

"@EktaaRKapoor why is your creative team ruining Naagin 7? The fight scene between the dragon and the serpent was cheap and absurd. The only reason to watch this season is because of the lead actors #PriyankaChaharChoudhary and NamikPaul. The story is interesting, but the visual effects and screenplay are not good at all."

AI ruined the fun of the scene

One viewer reacted to the episode and wrote,"Overall the episode was good, but too much artificial intelligence reduced its impact. The fight between the serpent and the dragon seemed artificial and the main villain was defeated very quickly. The story felt rushed and its execution didn’t match the writers’ vision."

Another user said, an AI glitch spoiled the match between the dragon and the serpent and then it went into the water for a few seconds. I mean, what was this all about?"

It was written in a post,"Congratulations to Ekta for maintaining the TRP of Naagin 7. Just a suggestion, if you limit the snake and snake transformation scenes to visual effects then the show will be more entertaining and tolerable to watch. Please do not use AI for anything related to Naagin. This doesn’t feel good at all."

Another fan wrote,"Dear @EktaaRKapoor Ma’am, I am a fan of Naagin for a long time, so you are requested to please stop misusing AI, keep it natural." 

One user expressed his displeasure and said,"The serpent has really lost its charm. Why are all the scenes artificial?? Waited 3 years for this crap? No effort was even put into Naagin 7."
