There will be a drop in minimum temperature in Uttarakhand in the next 4 days, know

Dehradun. The effect of climate change and changing weather patterns is visible on the temperature in Uttarakhand. Due to lack of winter rain, dry cold is troubling. There are chances of the nights becoming colder in the coming days. While the day temperature may also decrease.

According to the Meteorological Center, there will be a drop of up to 3 degrees in the minimum temperature across the state in the next four-five days. Due to which the severity of cold will increase at night. However, due to bright sunshine during the day, the cold will be less.

There is no chance of rain this week. On Sunday, there was a mix of sunshine and clouds in Dehradun since morning. Due to sometimes strong and sometimes mild sunlight, the feeling of cold was reduced.

However, the maximum temperature of Dehradun was 23.4 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature was 9.2 degrees Celsius. The maximum temperature of Pantnagar was 26.0 and the minimum temperature was 6.9 degrees Celsius. Mukteshwar recorded a maximum temperature of 16.9 and a maximum of 5.3 degrees Celsius. The maximum temperature of New Tehri was 16.4 and the minimum temperature was 4.8 degrees Celsius.

The state government has made preparations to encourage winter travel. The Chief Minister has given instructions to start Heli Skiing and Himalayan Car Rally as part of winter yatra. Along with this, KMVN and GMVN have also been asked to repair all the arrangements by December 20.

Under the concept of One District One Festival, along with organizing one grand festival in each district of the state, CM Pushkar Singh Dhami has also announced to organize a grand festival of international level in the state.
