Mix 2 tsp ghee in 100 ml lukewarm milk and drink it before sleeping, this will provide relief from constipation.
Consume 2 teaspoons of castor oil every day on an empty stomach, until constipation is cured.
Mix 1/2 teaspoon fennel in 100 ml lukewarm water twice a day and consume it 1 hour before or after meals.
