1- As a daily remedy for cracked heels in winter, soak your heels in hot water and soak them for 5 to 10 minutes. This softens the dead skin and provides relief from pain. After this immediately apply moisturizer, so that moisture remains. Massage the heels and soles with warm oil at night. Apart from this, mustard oil and coconut oil can be used. This will reduce deep cracks and soften the dead skin.
2- To maintain moisture in the heels in winter, you should massage with oil. By massaging with this oil, the blood circulation of the feet will also improve and the beauty of the feet will increase. Heels can also be taken care of by applying Ayurvedic foot pack. For this, apply aloe vera, turmeric and neem paste on the heels and wash after 15 minutes. Apart from this, use this paste three times a week. Apart from this, make a paste of neem leaves and mix it with turmeric and apply it on the heels, this will reduce the bacteria growing in the cracks. Apply this paste twice a week.
