These foods can be harmful if reheated, can cause harm to health

When some food items are reheated, harmful substances are formed in them which can be harmful to health. Let us know about those food items which should be avoided when reheating:

4. Mushrooms:

Reheating mushrooms denatures their proteins, making them difficult to digest and can cause digestive problems.

5. Potato:

Potatoes contain starch which increases potassium levels when reheated. This may increase the risk of kidney diseases.

6. fish:

Fish is high in protein which breaks down when reheated and can form harmful substances.

7. Cheese:

Paneer is high in protein and fat which can breed harmful bacteria when reheated.

Why does this happen?

  • Loss of nutrients: The nutrients in food items get destroyed when reheated.

How to avoid?

  • Prepare foods in quantities that you can eat at one time.
  • Keep leftover foods in the refrigerator and finish them as soon as possible.
  • Reheat foods thoroughly before reheating.
  • Do not keep food items in open utensils.
