Today I have brought rice flour cutlets for you. To prepare this cutlet, you do not need flour or bread crumbs. You can make it very easily with rice flour available at home. When you take its first bite, it seems very crispy and crunchy. The most special thing about this dish is that it gets digested very easily. Ingredients required to make Rice Flour Cutlets
- Rice flour – 1 cup
- Boiled potatoes – 2 large sized mashed
- Carrot – half cup grated
- Peas – half cup boiled
- Green chilli – 1 finely chopped
- Ginger – 1 tsp grated
- Green Coriander – 2 tbsp finely chopped
- Red chilli powder – half teaspoon
- Garam masala – half teaspoon
- Salt – as per taste
- Oil – for frying
Recipe to make Rice Flour Cutlet
- To make rice flour cutlets, first boil 1 cup of water in a pan and add some salt in it.
- After this, slowly add rice flour to it and stir continuously, so that lumps do not form.
- Now cook the flour on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes until it thickens and becomes like dough.
- Now turn off the gas and let it cool slightly.
- After this, add boiled potatoes, carrots, peas, green chillies, ginger, green coriander and all the spices in a big vessel and then add prepared rice flour mix to it and mix well. Now make cutlets of desired shape from this mixture.
- Now heat oil in a pan and fry the cutlets on medium flame until they turn golden brown.
- Serve rice flour cutlets with green chutney, tomato sauce or curd chutney.
