Rahul Gandhi on Neet Paper Leak News: After the cancellation of NEET exam, Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi He has launched a strong attack on the government. Targeting the government, Rahul on Tuesday said, “The so-called ‘Amrit Kaal’ has now become a ‘Poison Kaal’ for the country.” The Congress leader asserted that the question paper leak had shattered the dreams of over 22 lakh students and that the BJP’s “corrupt government” was responsible for the situation. Rahul mentioned that students took loans from banks, some mothers even mortgaged their jewelery and students themselves studied day and night to prepare for the exam.

Continuing his attack on the government, Rahul Gandhi continued, “What do they get in return for their hard work? Paper leaks, government negligence and deep-rooted institutional corruption in the education sector. This is not just a failure; it is a crime against the youth of this country. Time and again, the ‘paper mafia’ gets away with impunity, while honest students pay the price. Now, millions of students will once again have to go through a period of mental stress, financial burden and uncertainty.”

In the wake of allegations of question paper leakage, the National Examinations Council (NTA) on Tuesday announced the cancellation of the medical entrance exam ‘NEET-UG-2026’. The exam was originally conducted on May 3. At the same time, the government has ordered the CBI to conduct a thorough investigation into these “irregularities”. The examination conducted for students seeking admission to degree courses in medical colleges will now be conducted afresh; The fixed dates of this re-examination will be notified separately. In a statement issued on the social media platform ‘X’, the National Examinations Authority explained that the decision was taken to preserve transparency and maintain public confidence in the national examination system. The NEET-UG 2026 exam was held on May 3 in 551 cities in India and 14 cities abroad. About 23 lakh registered candidates appeared for this exam.

Regarding the NEET paper leak case, the threads of this case reach to Nashik. It is being alleged that the first copy of the question paper was leaked in Nashik itself.
