The paratha we are talking about is green moong dal paratha, which is rich in nutrition and protein.

Green moong dal contains equal amount of protein as meat and eggs, which is helpful in strengthening your bones and muscles.

Fiber is found in large quantities in moong dal. In such a situation, its consumption makes you feel full for a long time and helps in your weight loss.

To make green moong dal paratha, you will need wheat flour, soaked green moong dal, mustard oil, ginger, green chilli, asafoetida, cumin, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt as per taste. .

First of all, knead the paratha dough by adding salt, one spoon oil and a little water. After kneading the dough, keep it to rest for 20-25 minutes.

Now wash the lentils thoroughly and soak them for an hour. When it swells well, grind it coarsely without water. Add salt, red chili powder and garam masala powder to it and fry it lightly.

Now fill this stuffing in flour, roll the paratha and fry it with light oil or ghee.
