This share of Tata is going to become a rocket

Business Business: Shares of Tata Communications remained in focus during trading today on Thursday. Shares of the company rose 4% today to an intraday high of Rs 1,840.90. There is a good news behind this rise in the stock. In fact, buying interest in the stock increased after the company upgraded its Artificial Intelligence (AI) cloud infrastructure in India. According to the application, an expanded version of the cloud-based artificial intelligence infrastructure will be powered by Nvidia. “Tata Communications will integrate NVIDIA's advanced software solutions, such as NVIDIA NIM microservices and NVIDIA Omniverse and NVIDIA Isaac platforms, into its cloud AI offerings,” the filing said. Tata Communications will begin the first phase of modernization later this year. It will also be installed as one of India's largest NVIDIA Hopper GPU cloud supercomputers. The second phase, planned for 2025, aims to further expand the infrastructure with Blackwell GPUs.

Tata Communications shares are down 12% this month and up 12% for the year. The 52-week maximum price is Rs 2175.00 and the 52-week minimum price is Rs 1543.10. The market capitalization of the company is Rs 51,026.40 crore. The company's consolidated net profit increased by 2.98 per cent year-on-year to Rs 227.23 crore in the September quarter. Consolidated net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company stood at Rs 220.66 crore last year.
