Those who were broken by BJP, why are they looking for future in Rahul Gandhi? understand
The politics of the country is changing rapidly. Politics is changing from the national level to the states. While new equations are being created, many are getting worse. Along with this, the politics of India alliance is also taking a turn. Till a year ago, the alliance in which Congress and its leader Rahul Gandhi were underestimated, now the leaders of the same alliance have started looking for future in Rahul Gandhi. This change did not happen in one stroke, but after many big and important developments. The leaders included in the India Alliance have started looking for the future in Rahul Gandhi.
Actually, to understand this, one has to go back one and a half months to four years. It started only after the breakup of Shiv Sena in Maharashtra. On June 29, 2022, about 40 MLAs led by the then Shiv Sena leader Eknath Shinde rebelled against Uddhav Thackeray and his government. Eknath Shinde had gone to Guwahati in Assam with the support of BJP along with his supporting MLAs. After this development, the Mahavikas Aghadi government led by Uddhav Thackeray fell and Uddhav had to resign from the post of Chief Minister on 29 June 2022.

‘Shiv Sena’ broke four years ago
A day after this, on June 30, Eknath Shinde took oath as the Chief Minister of Maharashtra and Devendra Fadnavis took oath as the Deputy Chief Minister. Shinde, who took oath as Chief Minister with the help of BJP, staked his claim on ‘Shiv Sena’ party after a few days. He claimed Shiv Sena and its election symbol as per numerical strength before the Election Commission in February 2023.
The Election Commission gave the official Shiv Sena and its election symbol ‘bow and arrow’ to Shinde. After this Shiv Sena broke forever. Uddhav Thackeray’s faction was named Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray). In the subsequent Maharashtra Assembly elections, Uddhav Thackeray’s Shiv Sena faced a crushing defeat and got only 19 MLAs. However, in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, Thackeray was successful in winning 9 MPs while being in the India alliance.
Now discussions of Shiv Sena (UBT) also broke down
Now after breaking Shiv Sena in Maharashtra, discussions are going on in full swing to break Uddhav Thackeray’s Shiv Sena (UBT). There is talk that BJP has given the responsibility of ‘Operation Tiger’ to Eknath Shinde, in which the work of destroying Thackeray’s Lok Sabha MPs is to be done. Recently, Uddhav Thackeray called a meeting of his 9 MPs, in which only 4 MPs reached his house, the remaining five MPs joined the meeting through video.
Shiv Sena (UBT) praised Rahul
In such a situation, amid discussions about the split in Shiv Sena (UBT), party MP Sanjay Raut said about Rahul Gandhi that he is one of the most important, popular and struggling leaders of the country and the central government is afraid of him. Sanjay Raut did not stop here. Praising Rahul Gandhi openly, he said, ‘Today Rahul Gandhi is the voice of the people and the opposition wants to see him as the Prime Minister of the country.

Mamta also trusts Rahul in West Bengal
Trinamool Congress has lost the assembly elections in West Bengal. After ruling for 15 years, Mamata Banerjee is going through her most critical phase. His party TMC has broken. Out of the 80 MLAs won by the party, 60 are rebelling against them and claiming TMC. Also, the rebel group is talking about going with BJP. Mamta’s troubles have not stopped here. 20 out of 29 TMC Lok Sabha MPs have also joined NCPI and announced their rebellion against Mamata Banerjee and joining BJP.
From central agencies to the BJP government of Bengal, his MP nephew Abhishek Banerjee is being called for questioning every day. A notice is being sent regarding his house. Overall, Mamata Banerjee’s problems may increase instead of decreasing in the future. In such a situation, she is coming to Delhi and meeting Rahul Gandhi and seeking political help. Also, Mamta has openly joined the India alliance for the first time.
Sharad Pawar’s party merging with Congress?
Meanwhile, Sharad Pawar’s NCP (SP) is also exploring possibilities with Congress and Rahul Gandhi. Sharad Pawar’s nephew and NCP leader Rohit Pawar has said about the merger of the party with Congress that merger can definitely be possible at the right time. In fact, regional parties are becoming weak due to continuous election losses and rebellions. There have been allegations of BJP’s involvement in these incidents. Taking advantage of this, BJP is trying its best to achieve two-third majority in Parliament by creating divisions among the opposition parties.
After the split in opposition parties, there have also been reports of merger of TMC and Pawar’s NCP with Congress. Although, no big leader has given any statement regarding this yet, but big leaders have definitely accepted the leadership of Rahul Gandhi.
