Threat to bomb Delhi Assembly before Budget, Speaker Vijendra Gupta also on target

This matter has come to light at a time when Delhi’s budget is to be presented, due to which this threat is being considered more serious. Security agencies have immediately swung into action and vigilance has been increased in the entire area.

Received threatening emails early in the morning

According to sources, the Delhi Assembly received a threatening email at around 7:28 am, warning of a bomb attack. A few minutes later, at 7:49 am, a separate threatening message was also sent to the official email ID of Assembly Speaker Vijendra Gupta.

Along with assembly, metro station also on target

In this threat, not only the assembly complex but also the nearby assembly metro station has been described as the target of possible attack. This has further increased the concern of the security agencies.

Mention of names of many big leaders

The names of many top leaders of the country have also reportedly been included in the email. Among these, the names of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Foreign Minister S Jaishankar and Delhi Lieutenant Governor Taranjit Singh Sandhu have appeared.

Apart from this, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta and Cabinet Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa have also been mentioned.

Inflammatory language and mention of Khalistan

The language used in the email is being described as threatening and provocative. From the leaders in this "to protect oneself" It has been said and alleged support for the Khalistan referendum has also been mentioned.

According to reports, himself "Khalistani National Army" A group said to have issued this threat have targeted the Chief Minister, Cabinet and Lieutenant Governor of Delhi.

Security agencies started investigation

After the incident, security agencies have started investigation to find out the source of the email. Also, bomb disposal squad and police force have been deployed in the assembly complex and surrounding areas.
