National President of Bharatiya Jan Samaj Party in the capital Lucknow, Brij Mohan Singh said today that the District President of Banda District Rajesh Kumar Yadav is being threatened with death by some anarchist elements. Today, on 11.07.2026, at 9:35 am, District President Rajesh Kumar Yadav informed the National President over phone that when he was going to village Seondha, some people threatened him and said, “You will be killed, whatever will happen, you will be thrown.”
On this serious matter, National President Brij Mohan Singh said that the party has already prepared a complaint letter in this regard against the accused Mahendra Soni resident of Mumbai, an alleged RSS cadre* and has sent it through speed post to the Director General of Police Uttar Pradesh, Commissioner of Police Mumbai, Nodal Officer Cyber Crime Uttar Pradesh Lucknow and Superintendent of Police Bandh.
Statement of National President Brij Mohan Singh: “No matter how big those who threaten BJSP workers are, we are not afraid. We have sent the complaint letter to all the big officials. Mahendra Soni and his men cannot do any harm to the District President. We are a registered party and work within the ambit of the law. If the District President gets even a scratch, BJSP will protest in the entire state.
There is a demand from the police administration to arrest the culprits within 24 hours and provide security.” The National President assured the District President that the party is standing shoulder to shoulder with him and he does not need to worry about anything. Demand of the Bharatiya Jan Samaj Party: 1. Immediate FIR should be registered and the accused Mahendra Soni and his associates should be arrested.
2. District President Rajesh Kumar Yadav should be provided immediate security.
3. Cyber cell should investigate those making threats and take strict action.
