By showing fear of action without ticket, TTE took the girl to AC first cabin and raped her in a moving train. The victim was coming to Gorakhpur after giving examination from Mau.

Gorakhpur. A reward of Rs 10,000 has been announced on the absconding TTE in the case of rape and obscenity of a girl in Gorakhpur-Ahmedabad Express Train. Gorakhpur SP Railway Lakshmi Niwas Mishra said that the accused TTE Rahul Kumar is posted in Varanasi Division of NER. A letter has been sent to the department to dismiss him. He is absconding since the incident.

Let us tell you that in Ahmedabad-Gorakhpur Express, a TTE raped a girl NCC cadet. The girl had gone to Mau to appear for the exam. While returning, could not get ticket due to huge crowd. Due to which she was standing in the AC coach. The TTE took him to the cabin on the pretext of getting him a seat. After this the girl was raped. SP GRP Lakshmi Niwas Mishra said that a case has been registered on the complaint of the girl.

When the girl called 112, the TTE got off the train and ran away

A team has been deployed to search for the accused. Let us tell you that the incident happened on Sunday. The girl was coming to Gorakhpur from Ahmedabad-Express train Mau. TTE called into the cabin on the pretext of making tickets and giving seats. First inquired about the girl. Then he closed the cabin and started doing obscene acts. Threatened to protest and then raped the girl. The incident with the girl happened between Indara and Deoria.

After the incident, when the girl informed 112, the TTE got down from the train in Deoria and ran away. GRP police said that the victim girl has lodged a complaint. She is preparing for recruitment by staying in a rented room in Gorakhpur. Under this, she had gone to Mau to appear for NCC ‘C’ certificate examination. When she was returning after the exam. Due to huge crowd and hurry at the station, she could not get the ticket.

First closed the door and then raped

The girl alleges that after making her sit in the cabin, the TTE closed the door from inside. At first he talked normally, but after some time his behavior changed. Then TTE raped the girl. When she protested, the accused made a case of traveling without ticket and threatened to take action. The victim raised an alarm and dialed 112 and informed the police. As soon as the matter came to light, the accused TTE fled from the train at Deoria station.
