Bengaluru: Three people were killed and at least 12 workers are feared trapped after an under-construction building collapsed in Bengaluru on Tuesday. Two laborers have been rescued from the debris. This incident happened in Hennur area of ​​the city. A team of fire and emergency services is present at the spot. He has confirmed that the bodies of three people have been recovered. After the accident, relief and rescue work is going on to save the trapped laborers.

The contractor doing the tiling work at the site said that 20 workers, including tile workers, concrete workers and plumbers, were working when the building collapsed. Ahmed alleged that the basement was weak, due to which the building collapsed. The building was to have seven storeys, but sources revealed that permission was granted for only four floors. Despite this there were construction violations.

Heavy rains in Bengaluru on Tuesday disrupted life in many parts of the city. Due to waterlogging, roads have turned into rivers and many pictures of vehicles half submerged have emerged. In the video shared on social media, it can be seen that people are complaining about water logging inside their houses due to heavy rains.
