To empower women financially, financial assistance is provided to them through different schemes. Subhadra Yojana has also been started in Odisha, with the help of which women are being made financially capable and they are being provided financial assistance.

KYC is necessary

It has been appealed that before the fourth phase, women will have to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) updates. Around 17,000 beneficiaries were excluded due to various reasons but now all of them have been added to the scheme and will get their first installment in the last week of January.

Currently, 14 thousand women will join this scheme. It has been suggested that women whose families are earning good income will not be given the benefit of this scheme. Apart from this, KYC of a large number of women has not been updated yet. In such a situation, they should complete this process soon. 2 lakh women have not yet completed the KYC process.
