Tina Fey’s Mystery Horror Movie Streams on Hulu Today
One of 20th Century Studios’ hit mystery horror movies starring Tina Fey and Kenneth Branagh has finally been added to Hulu‘s library. As of today, the 2023 star-studded film A Haunting in Venice is now officially available to stream on Hulu.

A Haunting in Venice was directed by Branagh, with Michael Green writing the screenplay based on Agatha Christie’s 1969 novel Hallowe’en Party. In the third installment of the popular film franchise, Branagh’s iconic detective character, Hercule Poirot, has been brought on to investigate a supernatural case, which requires him to attend a séance. The ensemble cast also included Michelle Yeoh (Everything Everywhere All at Once), Jamie Dornan (Belfast), Tina Fey (30 Rock), Kelly Reilly (Yellowstone), Kyle Allen (Rosaline), Camille Cottin (Call My Agent), Jude Hill (Belfast), Ali Khan (6 Underground), Emma Laird (Mayor of Kingstown), and Riccardo Scamarico (Caravaggio’s Shadow).
“Set in eerie, post-World War II Venice on All Hallows’ Eve, the film is a terrifying mystery featuring the return of the celebrated sleuth, Hercule Poirot,” reads the synopsis. “Now retired and living in self-imposed exile in the world’s most glamorous city, Poirot reluctantly attends a séance at a decaying, haunted palazzo. When one of the guests is murdered, the detective is thrust into a sinister world of shadows and secrets.”
A Haunting in Venice was executive-produced by Louise Killin, James Prichard, Ridley Scott, Simon Kinberg, and Mark Gordon, with Judy Hofflund serving as a producer. During its theatrical run, the movie grossed over $122 million at the box office, making it the lowest-grossing installment of the murder mystery franchise. It currently holds a Certified Fresh score of 76% on Rotten Tomatoesbased on 298 reviews.
