‘TMC betrayed the daughters of Bengal’: PM Modi’s sharp attack in Vishnupur, allegation of conspiracy on women’s reservation

Vishnupur (West Bengal): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday addressed a huge election rally in Vishnupur in Bankura district of West Bengal. During this, he fiercely targeted Mamata Banerjee’s Trinamool Congress (TMC) government and raised the issue of betrayal of the women of Bengal.

PM Modi said that each of his public meetings is becoming bigger and more enthusiastic than before. He told that people were sitting for 2-3 hours in advance, which shows the strong desire for change in Bengal and anger against the TMC government.

Allegations of conspiracy on TMC on women’s reservation

The Prime Minister said that BJP stands for women empowerment and women’s safety. Sisters and daughters in every state of the country give full blessings to BJP. He stressed that BJP wants to further increase the role of daughters in building a developed India and is encouraging them to come forward in politics.

Modi alleged that the women of Bengal wanted 33 percent reservation. The central government ensured this and also made preparations to implement it from 2029. But TMC does not want the daughters of Bengal to become MLAs and MPs, because they are challenging the ‘Maha Jungle Raj’ of TMC. Therefore TMC conspired with Congress and stopped the important law giving 33% reservation to women from being passed.

TMC accused of betrayal of women

PM Modi said, “TMC has betrayed the sisters of Bengal.” He said that BJP’s priorities are the safety of sisters, respect for mothers and sisters and their prosperity. But due to the corruption of the TMC government, even today the women of Bengal are not getting the benefits that women in BJP ruled states are getting.

He promised that if BJP government is formed in Bengal, poor women will get free ration and no one will be able to steal their ration.

This statement of PM Modi in the public meeting is being considered very important for empowering the women of Bengal and attacking the policies of the TMC government.
