Stay away from these fruits to lose weight: Know why

Many people believe that all fruits are good for health and help in losing weight. But this is not completely true. There are some fruits which have high amount of calories and sugar, which can lead to weight gain. If you want to reduce obesity then minimize the consumption of these fruits:

1. Grape:

Grapes have high amount of natural sugar. Although they are rich in antioxidants, if you want to lose weight then eat them only in limited quantities.

Bananas are rich in potassium and vitamin B6, but they are also high in calories. If you want to lose weight then do not eat more than one banana a day.

7. Guava:

Guava contains Vitamin C, but it also contains high amount of sugar. Therefore, eat them in limited quantities only.
