According to the information received, Subhash Chandra Bose was born on 23 January 1897 in Cuttack city of Odisha. Was a brilliant student since childhood.

Talking about education, he received his primary education from Stewart School and Ravenshaw Collegiate School, Cuttack. He then obtained a BA degree in Philosophy from the Scottish Church College, University of Calcutta in 1918.

Then Netaji's father sent him to London to study for ICS. He also passed the ICS (Civil Services) examination, the toughest examination in the world at that time.

However, as soon as he was offered the job, he rejected it. Netaji left London and came to India and joined Gandhiji and his team to fight for India's independence and from here Netaji's freedom struggle began.
