It is so much fun to have some hot snacks with evening tea. The pairing of pakoras with tea is very famous and everyone makes it. But if you are bored of eating the same combination, then today we have brought a completely new snack recipe for you. This is onion ring, which is very easy to make and it is a very tasty and quick recipe. So let's know the method of making it.

Material

Onion- 3
Corn flour – 2 tablespoon
Refined flour – 1/2 cup
Corn flakes crumbs – 1 cup
Chili flakes – 1/2 tsp
Mixed herbs – 1/2 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Oil – for frying

Method

1- To make onion rings, first cut onion into thick circular pieces and separate each ring and keep it in a bowl.
2- Now take a bowl and add refined flour and corn flour in it and mix both of them well. After this, add mixed herbs, chili flakes and salt to this flour mixture and mix.
3- Prepare a thick batter by adding water as per the requirement. Make sure that there are no lumps in the batter. Now put oil in a pan and heat it.
4- When the oil is hot, dip the onion rings in the flour-corn flour paste and coat them well and then dip the rings in corn flakes crumbs and give them a good coating.
5- Keep in mind that the corn flakes have to be crushed well to prepare its crumbs. If you want, you can also use bread crumbs instead of corn flakes.
6- After coating the onion rings with corn flakes crumbs, dip them completely in the flour paste again and then put them in the oil for frying.
7- During this time, turn the rings and fry them with the help of a stick. Fry the onion rings until they become golden brown and crispy. After this, take them out in a plate. Fry all the rings in the same way, onion rings are ready.
