Independent candidate and former Congress leader Naresh Meena created a big ruckus during the by-election in Deoli-Uniara assembly constituency of Tonk district of Rajasthan. Meena tried to enter a polling booth in Samravata village, but was stopped by police officials. In response, he slapped the sub-divisional magistrate (SDM). Under Section 132, the offender can be jailed for two years, fine, or both.
