Virat Kohli was the highest earning cricketer in 2025. According to media reports, Virat’s annual income was between Rs 250 to 300 crore. This income includes money received from Royal Challengers Bangalore in IPL, central contract of BCCI and brand endorsements from many big companies. Even at the age of 37, there has been no decline in Virat’s fitness and popularity, due to which his brand value remains at the top even today.
Rohit Sharma is second
Indian captain Rohit Sharma is second in this list. “Hitman” had earned approximately Rs 150 to 180 crores in 2025. A significant part of Rohit’s income comes from IPL contract, BCCI salary and endorsements. His strong reputation on and off the field has placed him among the top players in terms of earnings.
Rishabh Pant and Bumrah also on top
The third wicket-keeper batsman was Rishabh Pant, who earned around Rs 100 to 120 crore this year. After returning from injury, Pant’s popularity and brand value have increased rapidly. Meanwhile, fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah is in fourth place, whose estimated earnings are between Rs 90 to Rs 110 crore.
Hardik Pandya and Shreyas Iyer had a great year
All-rounder Hardik Pandya had earned around Rs 80-100 crore in 2025. His income had increased due to IPL and endorsements. Shreyas Iyer came sixth, he earned around Rs 70-85 crores.
Pat Cummins leads among foreign players
Australia captain Pat Cummins was the only foreign player in this list. He earned around Rs 60-75 crore (about $1.25 billion), which also includes a significant amount from the IPL.
Jadeja is in last place in top 10
After this, Shubhman Gill (Rs 50-65 crore), KL Rahul (Rs 45-55 crore) and Ravindra Jadeja (Rs 40-50 crore) got places in the top-10.
