5. Wanindu Hasaranga: Sri Lanka’s star all-rounder Wanindu Hasarga was available in the mini auction at a base price of Rs 2 crore and he was bought by Lucknow Super Giants for the same amount. This Lankan all-rounder has experience of 238 T20 matches in which he has 2463 runs and 332 wickets in his name. In IPL, he has taken 46 wickets in 37 matches.

4.Matthew Short: Chennai Super Kings got Australian all-rounder Matthew Short in the IPL 2026 auction for his base price i.e. just Rs 1.50 crore. This 30-year-old all-rounder will provide flexibility to the CSK squad, who can contribute with both his batting and bowling. Apart from this, he also has the ability to bat at any position. Short has 3431 runs and 55 wickets in his name in 140 T20 matches at a strike rate of around 150.

Jacob Duffy: The current champion team of IPL, Royal Challengers Bangalore also made a steel deal in the mini auction and bought New Zealand fast bowler Jacob Duffy at the base price of only Rs 2 crore. Know that Jacob Duffy is one of the top-3 bowlers among the full member teams who have taken the most T20 International wickets in the year 2025. Apart from this, he has 178 wickets in his name in 156 T20 matches.

2. David Miller: No one would have thought that David Miller, popularly known as Killer Miller, would be available to Delhi Capitals in the IPL 2026 auction at a base price of just Rs 2 crore. This 36-year-old explosive and experienced player has experience of more than 500 T20 matches in which he has scored approximately 11500 runs. Apart from this, in IPL, Miller has 3077 runs in his name in 141 matches with 1 century and 13 half centuries.

Quinton de Kock: The biggest steel deal of the mini auction of IPL 2026 was made by the five-time champion team Mumbai Indians, who bought South Africa’s explosive wicketkeeper batsman Quinton de Kock for just Rs 1 crore. 33-year-old QDK is one of the expert players of T20 who has scored not one or two but 7 centuries in this format. If we talk about his IPL career, he has scored 3309 runs in 115 matches.
