Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd on Tuesday said Total Quality Management (TQM) has helped it improve power supply reliability by nearly 70 per cent in the last five years.
TQM has been instrumental in reducing the aggregate technical and commercial losses (AT&C) of Tata Power Delhi Distribution (Tata Power DDL) by 30 per cent in the last five years to 5.9 per cent by March 2024, the company said in a statement.
These efforts helped Tata Power-DDL achieve the 'Deming Award', one of the highest awards in the world.

Tata Power DDL supplies electricity to 70 lakh people in North Delhi. It is a subsidiary company of Tata Power.
