The actor has officially confirmed that the film will no longer release in theaters on June 4. This is the second time that the release date of the film has been postponed. Earlier it was to be released on March 19. Yash has made a big announcement regarding this.

Yash issued an official statement on April 29 saying that the new release date of the film will be announced soon. Yash wrote in his note-“Some films we make ourselves, and some films remind us why we fell in love with cinema. Toxic has been one such journey. Screening our film at CinemaCon and seeing the tremendous response it received globally further solidified our belief that this film deserves to reach its full potential around the world.”

He further wrote-“At a time when Indian cinema is making its mark and stepping onto the global stage with immense potential, it is the responsibility of all of us to raise the bar even higher. As an actor and producer, I see this moment as an opportunity to contribute to the Indian film industry and to all of us, and take the time to ensure that our film reaches the world with the impact it is expected to have,” Yash said.

The making of Toxic is still incomplete
At the same time, according to the latest reports, some post-production work of the film, especially CGI, has not been completed yet. Additionally, additional time is also being taken for some reshoots and to fine-tune the final cut. These reasons are believed to be behind the delay this time.
