Farmers will be devastated by trade deal, textile industry will end… Rahul Gandhi targets PM Modi
Bhopal. Congress MP and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi addressed a public meeting at ‘Congress Kisan Mahachoupal’ in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. During this, he said that after the President’s address in the Parliament, the first speaker is the LoP of the Lok Sabha. But…this is the first time in the history of India that the Leader of the Opposition was not allowed to speak in the Lok Sabha.

He said that, I wanted to speak on the book of former Army Chief General Naravane ji in Parliament, but I was not allowed to speak. Naravane ji has written in his book that Chinese tanks were coming towards the Indian border. When Naravane ji spoke to Defense Minister Rajnath Singh on phone and asked for orders for himself, he did not respond. Naravane ji met NSA Ajit Doval and Foreign Minister S. Also called Jaishankar, but did not get any response.
After two hours, Naravane ji called Rajnath Singh and again asked for the order and said – You talk to PM Modi. Rajnath Singh spoke to PM Modi. Without talking to Naravane ji, Narendra Modi told Rajnath Singh: Tell Naravane ji – ‘Do whatever you think is right’. Naravane ji has written in his book that on that day the Indian government and the Prime Minister left him and the army alone. That is, when the time came to give orders to the Army Chief and stop China, Prime Minister Narendra Modi disappeared.
Along with this he raised questions on the American trade deal. He said that the trade deal with America was stalled for four months. But Prime Minister Narendra Modi signed it only because of two reasons. He said that the first reason is that millions of Epstein files are lying closed in America. Millions of files of emails, messages, videos have not been released yet. America has released the name of Hardeep Puri to threaten the Modi government. The message was clear that if we were not listened to, evidence would emerge from the files.
At the same time, he said that the second reason is that there is a criminal case against Adani in America, he cannot go to America. Adani, BJP and Narendra Modi have a financial structure – in such a case this case is not on Adani but on Narendra Modi and BJP. Along with this, Rahul Gandhi said that, my challenge to Narendra Modi is that if he has the guts, he should cancel the India-America trade deal. But Narendra Modi cannot do this because: He is afraid of Epstein Files and Adani case.

Rahul Gandhi further said that, America says- we will impose 0% tariff on textile to Bangladesh. Then the ministers of Modi government say – if India also buys cotton from America, then our tariff will also become 0%. But we do not buy cotton from America, because cotton is grown here. In such a situation our entire textile industry will be destroyed.
The Leader of Opposition further said that ‘data’ is the most important thing in the 21st century. Whoever has the data will win. Anyone who does not have data will be destroyed. Today, India has the most data in the world. Without India’s data, America cannot compete with China. But in this deal, Narendra Modi has handed over all the data of India to America. That is, Narendra Modi destroyed the farmers by making a deal with America, handed over our data and destroyed our textile industry.
Rahul Gandhi further said that America’s President Trump says that India will buy goods worth Rs 9 lakh crore from America every year. The question is – what will happen to our industry and our farmers? On the contrary, India will now pay more taxes, whereas earlier we used to pay less taxes. That is, nothing was taken in the deal, instead everything was sold.
