Lucknow : Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has once again praised the Indian Sanatan tradition and said that India's belief in Sanatan Dharma is the oldest culture in the world. It cannot be compared with any religion or sect. I have a legacy of thousands of years. Its cultural and spiritual events are equally ancient. Sanatan's tradition is higher than the sky, it cannot be compared. Also giving advice to those opposing it, he said that an event like Maha Kumbh gives strength to its expansion.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was speaking at the 'Mahakumb Mahasammelan' program organized by a private news channel. Highlighting the importance of Mahakumbh, CM Yogi said that after the Devasur Sangram, drops of nectar fell in four holy places – Prayagraj, Haridwar, Ujjain and Nashik. Organizing Maha Kumbh at these places has been an opportunity for India's knowledge, thinking and to decide its social direction. He said that Mahakumbh is not just a religious event, but it is a symbol of India's spiritual heritage and national unity. CM Yogi said that during the celebration of Maha Kumbh, the sages and sages of India used to gather and contemplate on the social and political conditions of that time. This event is not only a matter of honoring the tradition, but it is also necessary to preserve it for future generations.

Mahakumbh 2025 is a confluence of heritage and development- Yogi

Praising the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, CM Yogi said that organizing Maha Kumbh is a symbol of the wonderful confluence of heritage and development in India. He said that in the 2019 Prayagraj Kumbh, it was seen how modern technology, management and culture were combined. The same effort will be made in the coming Mahakumbh also. CM Yogi said that Mahakumbh is a wonderful example of national and cultural unity. This event eliminates caste, creed and gender discrimination. Mahakumbh will become a powerful medium for the progress the country has made in the last 10 years under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. It is a living testimony of India's richness, heritage and spiritual tradition. CM Yogi said that people who eat foreign lies are trying to defame us. They want to bake their political bread by spreading the poison of casteism in the country, but the people of the country have now become aware.

Sanatan Dharma has always been at the peak – Yogi Adityanath

Discussing national unity and Hindu unity, CM Yogi said that Sanatan Dharma has always been at the peak. Hindu unity and national unity complement each other. History is witness that when we are divided, we become weak, and when we are united, we become invincible. That is why I had said earlier that if you divide you will be divided and if you remain united you will remain noble. Taking aim at the opposition, he said that some people try to divide the society in the name of caste and religion. These are the same powers who conspire to weaken India. But the public has now become aware. Today the citizens of UP are not migrating, the mafia and criminals are doing so.

Will take back every inch of land from those occupying land in the name of Waqf: CM

Taking a strict stand on the issue of land possession in the name of Waqf Board, the Chief Minister said that it is difficult to understand whether it is a Waqf Board or a board of land mafia. Our government has amended the Waqf Act and is getting every inch of land examined. The land will be taken back from those who have occupied the land in the name of Waqf and houses, educational institutions and hospitals will be built for the poor. He said that the tradition of Kumbh is much older than Waqf. The height of Sanatan Dharma is higher than the sky and its depth is deeper than the sea. CM Yogi made a sharp attack on the opposition

CM Yogi also made a sharp attack on the Samajwadi Party and its leaders. He said that Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia had said that if you want to understand India, then read the tradition of Ram, Krishna and Shiva. The leaders who do politics in the name of Lohia ji never understood his words. Referring to the development of Ayodhya, he said that we made Ayodhya a center of development and heritage. Those who were opposing the development of Ayodhya do not have the moral right to go there.

An attempt was made to capture religious places in Sambhal by demolishing them – Yogi

Referring to the controversy over religious places in Sambhal, the Chief Minister said that the mention of Kalki, the tenth incarnation of Shri Hari Vishnu in Sambhal, is found in the Puranas. There was an attempt to capture religious places by demolishing them. Our government took action as per the court order and gave a strong message to the rioters. Speaking on the issue of religious conversion and homecoming, CM Yogi said that if someone wants to return to his religion from his conscience, he should be welcomed. It is a sign of awareness towards religion and tradition.
