Traffic diversion in Noida due to Republic Day Parade, this arrangement will remain for 4 days

Republic Day: Due to the Republic Day Parade in Delhi and the full dress rehearsal before it, important changes have been made in the traffic system in Noida and Gautam Buddha Nagar. For security reasons, the traffic police has implemented a special diversion plan, so that the traffic can be controlled smoothly during the parade and any kind of chaos can be avoided.

Ban on entry of goods vehicles

According to the traffic police, from 10 pm on 22 January 2026 till the end of the program on 23 January 2026 and from 10 pm on 25 January 2026 to 26 January 2026, all heavy, medium and light goods vehicles coming towards Delhi from Gautam Buddha Nagar will not be able to enter Delhi. This restriction has been imposed keeping security in mind. During this period, trucks, pickups and other commercial vehicles will be sent through alternative routes.

Diversion from Chilla and DND border

Vehicles entering Delhi from Chilla red light border and going ahead will take a U-turn from Chilla red light itself and will be sent towards Eastern Peripheral Expressway via Noida-Greater Noida Expressway.
Similarly, vehicles entering Delhi from the DND border will be diverted towards Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and then Eastern Peripheral Expressway by taking a U-turn from the DND toll plaza.

Kalindi Kunj and Yamuna Expressway Route

Vehicles entering Delhi from Kalindi Kunj Yamuna border will be diverted from the first underpass Tiraha of Yamuna river. After this, these vehicles will be able to reach their destination via Noida-Greater Noida Expressway via Eastern Peripheral Expressway.

At the same time, separate diversions have been fixed for vehicles going from Yamuna Expressway to Delhi via Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. Some vehicles will be sent to the Eastern Peripheral Expressway via Phalaida Cut and Rabupura via service road via Galgotia, Gautam Buddha University, Pusta Tiraha, Honda CL Chowk and Kasba Kasna.

Zero point and path to Parichowk

Some vehicles will be diverted from Zero Point to Parichowk, from where they will be able to reach their destination by taking the Eastern Peripheral Expressway.
