Tragic accident in Nashik: Car fell into a roadside well, 9 people of the same family died, mourning among the family members

Nashik, 4 April. A major accident has occurred in Nashik, Maharashtra. Nine people of the same family died when their car fell into a roadside well in Shivajinagar area of ​​the city late on Friday night. This incident has spread mourning in the entire Dindori taluka. Police are investigating the matter. According to the information received, a meeting was organized by Vadje Classes at Raje Banquet Hall in Shivajinagar. The Dargode family had come from Indore (Tal. Dindori) for the meeting.

After the meeting, the Dargode family was returning home in their Maruti XL car when the driver lost control, due to which the car fell into a well filled with water on the roadside. After this accident, a huge crowd of people gathered on the spot. As soon as the news of the accident was received, Tehsildar Mukesh Kamble, Police Inspector Bhagwan Mathure, Chief Officer Sandeep Chaudhary reached the spot along with police, fire brigade, disaster management team and local people. The well was filled with water, which created a lot of difficulties in the rescue operation. The car was taken out with the help of two cranes at midnight.

In this accident, dead bodies of 8 people were taken out from the car, while a special operation was conducted to search for a girl drowned in a well. Later his dead body was also found. Those who died include Sunil Dattatreya Dargode (32), Reshma Sunil Dargode (27), Rakhi alias Gunwanti (10), Madhuri Anil Dargode (13), Shravani Anil Dargode (11), Asha Anil Dargode (32), Shreyash Anil Dargode (11), Srishti Anil Dargode (14) and Samriddhi Rajesh Dargode (7). NDRF team also reached the spot. Rescue work continued till late night. Dindori police have registered this heart-wrenching incident and further investigation is underway.
