TRAI changed the rules. Now even a recharge of Rs 10 works. You will have to pay a very cheap pack of 365 days only for voice calls.
Common people are facing a lot of problems due to the increased mobile tariffs in India. While mobile has become a must in today's time, the cost of recharging the mobile has become more troublesome.
In such a situation, the Telecom Regulatory Authority i.e. TRAI has issued a new order to the telecom operators. With the issuance of the new order, happiness has blossomed on the faces of common people. According to the new guidelines of TRAI, now recharge facility will be available to the people even for Rs 10.
Telecom Regulatory Authority of India has issued an order saying that telecom companies will now have to provide only voice call and SMS packs separately to the customers, not only this, the special tariff voucher will have to be kept valid for 365 days from 90 days.
Again a top up voucher of ₹ 10 will have to be issued to the people so that people can easily recharge and use the phone if needed.
At present, people who do not use the internet or use it less, also have to buy a pack that includes internet and voice calls, which is very expensive for them. After the arrival of the new guidelines, people will also be able to buy voice call only tariffs, which will make it more affordable for them to keep their mobile.
