Tribal people will get all the information through Shalini app, Minister Vijay Shah told the achievements of the department.

Madhya Pradesh Government’s Tribal Affairs Department Minister Vijay Shah today enumerated the achievements of the department and gave detailed information about the action plan for the next two years. He said that now the tribals will get the information they need at one place, the government has recently launched Shalini App for this.

Minister Shah said that the Madhya Pradesh government is paying a lot of attention to the development of tribal development blocks. He said that now we have made a guide line on the basis of which development action plans are being made, we have decided that development is being done in the block where more than 50 percent tribals live.

The Minister said that 11 thousand 377 villages in 267 development blocks of 51 districts have been included in the Dharti Aaba campaign. A total of 93 lakh 23 thousand people of 18 lakh 58 thousand tribal families of these villages are being benefited from the scheme. This campaign will run till 2929. He informed that our department is operating 6 mobile medical units in the tribal areas which are providing health facilities.

Information about department’s schemes will be available from Shalini app.

Minister Vijay Shah told that once a tribal girl named Shalini told me that we do not get any information from your department about how to avail benefits. After listening to her, I talked to Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav and then our government made Shalini App in the name of the same girl, which was launched by the Chief Minister in November with the same girl Shalini, he claimed that Madhya Pradesh is the only state to do so.

Sandipani schools will open in every tribal development block

The minister said that the department is also paying attention to education including malnutrition, Rs 1500 per month is being given to the female head of the household to free her from malnutrition. In the next 3 years, Sandipani Vidyalaya, Eklavya, Mata Shabri Girls Education Complex, Bal Adarsh ​​Residential School will be opened in 88 tribal development blocks, he said that the coaching system will also be expanded.

Mohan government will make tribals IAS, IPS

The Cabinet Minister said that the annual calendar of tribal heroes and festivals is being prepared, along with this, religious places of tribals will also be developed, 8 forest radio centers will be upgraded. The minister said that the Madhya Pradesh government will make tribals IAS, IPS, will create training centers for exam preparation, will open centers in Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Gwalior and will provide education, accommodation, food and hostel arrangements for 2 years at government expense. There will be MOU with many institutions for studies. For the first time, provision is being made in the budget. A center will be built in Khandwa for the preservation of culture.
