Latest News :- A new crisis is arising for the parties of Nitish and Lalu in the by-elections to be held in Bihar. By-elections for 4 vacant assembly seats of Bihar Assembly, Ramgarh, Dharari, Belaganj and Imamganj will be held on November 13. There are two main contenders in this by-election. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's United Janata Dal and Lalu Prasad Yadav-led mega alliance are the two major parties in the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance.

In such a situation, election campaign strategist Prashant Kishorjan is going to start a new political party named Suraj to contest the by-elections. Now the question has arisen in this by-election as to whose votes will be divided between Nitish and Lalu. Regarding this, Prashant Kishore said, 'We will field our party's candidates on all the 4 seats of the by-election. “Winning this will help us form the government in the 2025 assembly elections.”

Sudhakar Singh of Lalu's Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) was the MLA from Ramgarh seat. He became the MP from Buxar parliamentary constituency. Sudama Prasad, who was the CPIML MLA of Grand Alliance in Dharari, has become MP from Ara seat. Belaganj assembly constituency MLA Surendra Prasad Yadav has now become RJD MP in Jehanabad.

In such a situation, it is believed that Jan Suraj will face tough competition from the liberal mega alliance in 3 assembly constituencies. Former Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi, who was the fourth MLA of Imamganj, has become MP from Gaya. Jitan Ram Party candidate is likely to contest that seat once again. Due to this, there is a possibility of conflict between Jan Suraj and NDA. Muslim and Yadav votes are more in these four seats. Therefore, even if Jan Suraj wins one of these four, Prashant Kishor is expected to cause trouble for the two major alliances in Bihar.
