Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwarananda’s troubles increased, court ordered to register FIR under POCSO Act

Prayagraj. Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati’s troubles are going to increase. The POCSO Act court of Allahabad District Court has ordered to register an FIR against Swami Avimukteshwarananda and his disciple Dandi Swami Late Chaitanya Mukundananda Giri in the case of sexual exploitation of children. The court has given this order while hearing the application of Ashutosh Brahmachari.

The court directed the police to register an FIR and conduct a detailed investigation of the case. Following the court order, a case will now be registered at Jhunsi police station. The application under Section 173(4) was filed by Shakumbhari Peethadhishwar Ashutosh Brahmachari Maharaj seeking registration of FIR and strict action in the case.

Avimukteshwarananda’s troubles will increase
It is being said that after this order of the court, the troubles of Swami Avimukteshwarananda are certain to increase. It is alleged that sexual exploitation of minor children takes place in the ashram of Swami Avimukteshwarananda. He also claimed to have submitted a CD in this regard to the court.
