BJP’s bumper victory in Assam-Bengal
Let us tell you that BJP has won a landslide victory in the assembly elections of Assam and West Bengal. In Assam, NDA has won 102 seats, while BJP has won 82 seats. The BJP government has hit a hat-trick in Assam and Himanta Biswa Sarma will once again become the Chief Minister.

That means Mamata Banerjee has lost the election on this seat by a total of 15114 votes. In the last election, Suvendu Adhikari had also defeated Mamata Banerjee from Nandigram seat in Bengal. After this she contested the by-election from Bhawanipur and reached the assembly.
