Ingredients required to make Gobi Matar Ki Sabzi:
– Cauliflower: 1 medium size (cut into small pieces)
– Peas: 1 cup (fresh or frozen)
– Potato: 1 (optional, cut into small pieces)
– Tomato: 2 (finely chopped)
– Onion: 1 (finely chopped)
– Ginger-garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
– Green chilli: 1-2 (finely chopped)
– Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
– Red chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
– Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
– Garam masala: 1/2 teaspoon
– Cumin: 1/2 teaspoon
– Oil: 3 tbsp
– Salt: as per taste
– Coriander leaves: for garnish
How to make Gobi Matar Sabji
To make gobi pea curry, first boil the cauliflower pieces in light salt and water for 3-4 minutes or put them in hot water. Then filter it and keep it aside.

Prepare the masala:
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Add cumin seeds, when it starts crackling, add onion and green chillies and fry until golden.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry for 1 minute.
4. Now add tomato and cook until it becomes soft.
5. Add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt and fry the spices well.
Cook Vegetables:
1. Add potatoes (if using) to the masala and fry for 2-3 minutes.
2. Now add cabbage and peas and mix well with the spices.
3. Add 1/4 cup water, cover and cook on medium flame for 10-12 minutes, until the cabbage and peas become soft.
Tadka and garnish:
1. Add garam masala to the vegetable and mix well.
2. Add chopped coriander leaves on top.
