Ingredients to make amazing tasty langar dal
1 cup black urad dal
half cup chana dal
8 garlic cloves
2 tbsp ginger paste
2-3 green chillies
Turmeric
Oil
1 tablespoon desi ghee
chilli powder
1 chopped onion
finely chopped coriander
salt as per taste
How to make delicious langar dal
To make langar dal, first wash black urad dal and gram dal thoroughly. After this, soak both the pulses in lukewarm water for 1 hour. After this, drain the water from the pulses and wash them once again.

Now put it in the cooker and add 4 cups of water. Add 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 4 garlic cloves and green chillies in it. Now close the lid of the cooker and cook till 7 whistles. Lower the gas flame. After turning off the gas, let the steam from the cooker come out.
Till then keep a pan on the gas and add oil in it. After the oil is hot, add finely chopped garlic, onion and 1 teaspoon ginger paste. Now fry it well. Add boiled lentils in it. After this add red chili powder and turmeric to it. Cook it without covering for 10 minutes. Serve it with roti.
