Try Marwari Kadhi Recipe

1 cup thick sour curd

1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds

2 green chillies

3 tbsp refined oil

1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

3 leaves curry leaves

4 tbsp gram flour

1 pinch asafoetida

1/8 teaspoon ground turmeric

salt as required

1/2 tsp coriander powder

2 dried red chillies

Prepare gram flour mixture

To make this delicious kadhi recipe, mix gram flour, curd and water as required in a bowl. Add salt and turmeric powder and mix well.

Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Add mustard seeds in oil and let them crackle.

Then, add asafoetida, red chilli, green chilli and curry leaves and stir gently.

Add curd-gram flour mixture

Now, add red chilli powder and coriander powder along with the curd and gram flour mixture. Let it cook until the curry becomes slightly thick. You can add more water if needed.
