This Rajasthani recipe is very easy to make at home, it uses simple ingredients like green chillies, gram flour, peanuts, dry mango powder, garam masala, turmeric and salt, which will enhance your taste even more. This simple and delicious recipe can be served on occasions like kitty party, potluck, buffet etc. It tastes best when served hot with stuffed naan, roti or any other bread. So, take all the ingredients and try this chilli sabzi recipe at home and enjoy it with your family and friends! 8 large chopped green chillies

1 cup gram flour

1 teaspoon asafoetida

1 teaspoon coconut

1 teaspoon turmeric

4 teaspoons vegetable oil

1/2 handful chopped coriander leaves

1 cup ground raw peanuts

salt as required

1/2 tsp garam masala powder

1 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder

1 1/2 grams cumin

Step 1 Wash and chop the chillies

To make this recipe, first wash and cut green chillies.

Step 2 Heat oil in a pan

Next, take a pan and start heating oil on low flame. Add cumin, asafoetida, 1 teaspoon turmeric and fry it well. Then, add chopped chilli pieces and fry it well for a few minutes.

Step 3 Roast the gram flour

Add gram flour to the mixture. Fry it well until it turns golden. Then, add salt, coconut, peanut powder, garam masala, dry mango powder. Fry it for 3-4 minutes or until the spices are cooked well.

Step 4 Add some water

Finally, add required amount of water to the mixture. Boil it until the vegetable is completely cooked.

Step 5 Garnish and serve
