Ingredients to make Soya Methi Saag

Soya Fenugreek Greens – finely chopped
potatoes – chopped
Garlic
Green chilly
proven red chilli
mustard oil
Salt

How to make Soya Fenugreek Saag

First of all, wash the soya fenugreek greens thoroughly with water. Transfer the greens to a bowl with fine holes so that all the water drains out. Also wash finely chopped potatoes with water. Now put the pan on low flame and add two spoons of mustard oil in it.

When the oil becomes hot, add 5-6 pieces of garlic and one broken chilli. After this immediately add finely chopped potatoes. After this, add salt as per taste and finely chopped green chillies and mix with a spatula. Now cover with a plate.

Remove the plate occasionally and stir the potatoes so that they do not stick to the bottom. After about 5 to 7 minutes, break the potato with something and check whether it is soft or not. As soon as the potatoes get slightly cooked, add chopped greens to it and then stir with a ladle and cover it with a plate. Keep stirring it in between.

After this you will see that the greens will start changing light color and also check the potatoes whether they are cooked or not. Now remove the plate and then fry the greens on low flame without covering the plate. Fry it for about 5 minutes and then turn off the gas and take out the vegetable on a plate. Now your soya fenugreek greens are ready to eat.
