Ingredients to make Potato Veg
Potato – 4
Salt – 2 tbsp
Flour – 4 tbsp
Cornflour – 4 tbsp
Rice flour – 2 tbsp
salt to taste
Chilli Flakes – 1 tbsp
Ajwain – 1 tbsp
Ginger and garlic paste – 1 tbsp
How to make potato wedges
First of all, take 4 new potatoes and cut them into 16 pieces in long boat cut shape. No need to peel potatoes.
Now place a pan on the gas and add about 1 liter water in it and heat it.
When the water is hot, add 1 teaspoon salt, potato pieces, boil for 5 minutes and take it out in a sieve. Potatoes should be half cooked.
In a bowl, add 4 tbsp flour, 4 tbsp corn starch, 2 tbsp rice flour, salt to taste, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp carom seeds, 1/2 tsp all-purpose flour and garlic paste.
Prepare little by little. Add a little water to a good batter.
Now when the potatoes become slightly warm, sprinkle 2 tablespoons of cornflour on them and coat them well.
Now place a pan on the gas and add oil for frying and heat it well.
As soon as the oil is hot, dip the potato pieces one by one in the batter and fry them well on medium flame.
It will be baked and ready in 1 minute. Take it out in a plate.
You can also double fry it to make it crispy.
How to make cheese sauce
Place a pan on the gas and add one tablespoon butter, 1/2 teaspoon oil and melt it well.
Now when the butter melts, add 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic to it and fry for a few seconds.
Now add 1 tablespoon flour in it and fry it.
Now add half a cup of milk in it and reduce the flame while mixing.
After some time, add pieces of paneer in it and add salt and mix.
When it thickens, turn off the gas and serve with potato wedges and tea.
