  • 2 medium beetroot (grated)
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • one and a half cup milk
  • spoon sugar as per taste
  • 2 tbsp khoya
  • a pinch of cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped dry fruits (cashews, almonds, raisins)

Beetroot Of pudding How Make-

  • First of all heat ghee in the pan.
  • Now add dry fruits to it, fry it till light golden and take it out.
  • Add grated beetroot in the same ghee and fry for 4-5 minutes.
  • Now add milk to it and cook on low flame until the beetroot becomes soft and the milk dries a little.
  • This will take you about 10-15 minutes.
  • Now add sugar, cardamom powder and khoya and mix. When it becomes thick like halwa, turn off the gas.
  • Add dry fruits on top and eat hot.

  • some curry leaves
  • 1 tsp oil

  • Now add grated beetroot to it and fry for about 2-3 minutes.
