Tuna Salad Sandwich Recipe

Tuna Salad Sandwich is a non vegetarian sandwich made with tuna fish, cottage cheese, brown bread, Dijon mustard, capers, red onion, celery, mayonnaise, parsley. The perfect mix of all the ingredients will delight your taste buds. Sandwich can be a great tiffin recipe for your kids. Serve with dips or ketchup during game nights, birthdays and picnics.

250 grams canned tuna fish

1/2 cup cottage cheese

2 teaspoon capers

1 cup celery

5 teaspoons mayonnaise

8 slices brown bread

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1/2 cup red onion

2 teaspoons lemon juice

4 teaspoons parsley

Step 1

To start, take a chopping board and finely chop the celery stalks on it. Then, peel and chop the red onion. Wash onion and celery thoroughly before chopping.

Step 2

After you chop the vegetables, take a bowl and add the tuna fish to it. Add water to this bowl and clean the fish thoroughly. Drain the water from the bowl.

In the same bowl, add Dijon mustard, chopped parsley, capers, lemon juice, celery, red onion, mayonnaise, cheese. Mix well to combine all the ingredients well.

Take a bread slice, toast it and spread the mixture evenly on the bread. Now toast another bread and place it on the mixture bread.

You can add lettuce leaves, chopped tomatoes, chopped onions to make it more attractive. Serve.
