TVS Bike: TVS Raider 125 introduced in new color options, know the price and special features

TVS Bike: Strengthening its hold in the Indian two-wheeler market, TVS Motor has introduced new color options for its popular bike TVS Raider 125. With this update, the company has made slight changes in its prices along with making the bike more attractive.

New colors like Metallic Blue and Nitro Green have now been added to the top variants TFT DD and SXC DD of TVS Raider 125. Earlier these variants were available only in Striking Red, which will continue to be the case now. A new color option of Mercury Gray has been included in the entry-level drum and single seat variants.

price change
The company has also increased the prices slightly with this update. According to different variants, the prices have increased by about Rs 1,500. Now the starting price of this bike is Rs 82,860 (ex-showroom), while the price of the top variant goes up to Rs 98,550 (ex-showroom).

Engine and Performance
TVS Raider 125 is powered by a 124.8cc single-cylinder, air and oil-cooled engine, which provides balanced performance for both city and highway. It has been provided with Glide-Through-Technology (GTT) feature, due to which the bike can run at slow speed even without accelerator. The iGO variant also gets Boost mode, which provides additional torque.

Suspension and Braking
The bike has telescopic forks at the front and gas-charged monoshock suspension at the rear. For braking, the option of drum and disc brakes is available depending on the variant, along with ABS support is also provided in some variants.

Features and Technology
Features like LED lighting and digital console are available in TVS Raider 125. The top variant has a color TFT display, in which facilities like calls, messages and navigation are available through Bluetooth connectivity. Apart from this, idle stop-start system and riding modes are also provided.

With the new color and minor updates, the TVS Raider 125 remains a strong option in its segment. The balance of style, features and performance keeps it popular among entry-level street bike buyers.
