Fighting on behalf of Russia against Ukraine took a heavy toll on North Korean soldiers, now this is the situation

Kyiv: On the Russian side, the fighting of North Korean troops against Ukraine is taking a heavy toll. Two of his soldiers have been captured by the Ukrainian army. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has given information by posting on social media X.

Zelensky said on Saturday that his country's military had captured two North Korean soldiers who were fighting alongside Russian troops in Russia's Kursk border region. He made this comment at a time when a few days ago Ukraine started new attacks in Kursk to retain the land captured in August.

Ukrainian actions resulted in the occupation of Russian territory for the first time since World War II. However, the Russian counterattack worsened the condition of the Ukrainian army. The Russian army has again taken control of 40 percent of the 984 square kilometer area occupied by Ukraine.

Zelensky said on Telegram that our troops have captured two North Korean soldiers in Kursk. Both of these are soldiers who were injured. But his life was saved. He has been brought to Kiev and Ukrainian security services are talking to him. He shared pictures of these two soldiers sitting in a room.

He said that Russian military forces and North Korean military forces fighting in Kursk have tried to hide the presence of North Korean soldiers and as a result they even kill their comrades injured in the battlefield. So that the Ukrainian army does not capture him and interrogate him.
