U-turn of weather in Haryana! Rain, hailstorm and strong winds increased the disturbance, weather alert till June 23
Haryana Weather: The weather has suddenly taken a turn in Haryana. Rain and strong winds started in many districts on Thursday afternoon, giving relief to people from the scorching heat and heat wave. In Hisar, due to strong winds, a tree fell on vehicles in the Urban Estate Market area, while rain along with hailstorm was also recorded in Sirsa.
Thunderstorm and rain alert in many districts
The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert in view of the possibility of storm, rain and lightning in many districts of the state. Bad weather is expected in many areas including Panchkula, Ambala, Yamunanagar, Kurukshetra, Kaithal, Karnal, Jhajjar, Gurugram, Nuh, Palwal, Faridabad, Rohtak, Sonipat, Panipat and Jind.
Major changes in weather due to western disturbance
According to experts, due to continuously active western disturbance and atmospheric changes, the weather may remain fluctuating till June 23. During this period, there are chances of strong winds, thunderstorms and light to moderate rain in many areas.
Chance of rain in some areas
Meteorologists say that between June 18 and 20, rainfall activities may increase in most parts of the state. After this, there is a possibility of rain in some areas due to the effect of another western disturbance on June 22 and 23.
People will get relief from heat
Changes in temperature have also been seen amid rain and cloud activity. Day temperatures have increased at some places, while night temperatures have remained below normal. The Meteorological Department believes that due to rain in the coming days, people may get more relief from the heat.
