U19 Asia Cup: Indian Under-19 team made a winning start in Asia Cup, India defeated UAE due to Vaibhav Suryavanshi’s brilliant batting.

New Delhi. India defeated UAE by a huge margin of 234 runs in the first match of the Under-19 Asia Cup on the basis of the brilliant batting of India’s new young sensation Vaibhav Suryavanshi. India scored 433 runs for six wickets in 50 overs with the help of nine fours and 14 sixes from Vaibhav’s 95 balls and half-centuries of 69 runs from Aaron George and 69 runs from Vihaan Malhotra. In reply, UAE could score only 199 runs for seven wickets in 50 overs.

For UAE, Udish Suri scored unbeaten 78 runs with the help of five fours and one six in 106 balls, while Prithvi Madhu scored 50 runs. For India, Deepesh Devendran took two wickets, while Kishan Kumar Singh, Henil Patel, Khilan Patel and Vihaan got one wicket each.
