Public sector UCO Bank has announced recruitment for Generalist and Specialist Officer posts (UCO Bank Recruitment 2026). The application process for which has started from January 23. official website By visiting candidates can fill the online form till 2 February 2026. The number of vacant posts is 173. 98 posts have been reserved for General, 9 for ST, 17 for SC, 35 for OBC, 14 for EWS and four for PwBD category candidates. To apply candidates have to pay a fee of Rs 800. The application fee for SC, ST and PwBD is Rs 175. Payment will be accepted in online mode only.
Who can apply?
- Qualifications have been prescribed differently for different posts. To apply for the post of Trade Finance Officer (JMGS-1), candidates must have MBA/PGDM (Finance/International Business/Trade Finance) with 60% marks in addition to graduation. Apart from this, it is also necessary to have one year experience in banking or finance sector.
- To apply for the post of Treasury Officer (MMGS Grade-2), candidates must have MBA/PGDM (Finance/International Business/Trade Finance) degree along with graduation. It is also necessary to have at least 3 years of experience in treasury or banking sector.
- For Chartered Accountant it is necessary to have CA pass. It is necessary to have one year experience for JMS Grade-1 and 3 years experience for MMGS Grade-2 post.
- For the post of Data Analyst, Data Scientist and Data Engineer Candidates with Graduation (IT/CS/Statistics Maths/Data Science)/MCA/MSc with 60% marks can apply. It is also necessary to have at least 3 years of experience in the relevant field. Whereas for other posts, candidates should have BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSc (IT/Computer Science/Electronics) qualification. It is necessary to have minimum one year experience.
- The minimum age limit for JMGS Grade-1 posts is 20 years and maximum 30 years. The minimum age limit for MMGS GREAT 2 posts is 22 years and maximum 35 years.
Selection will be like this
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination, screening, group discussion and interview. The selection process will be decided by the Bank. First of all the eligibility of the candidates will be verified by the screening committee. After this they will be shortlisted. Final selection will be based on document verification.
