Uddhav Thackeray expelled 5 rebel leaders from the party, did not withdraw nomination despite warning

Former Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray on Tuesday expelled five rebel leaders from Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) party. After getting tickets, all five leaders have stood in the elections against the candidates of their own party and the alliance party.

The party had earlier warned him that action would be taken against him if he did not withdraw his nomination. These leaders include former Bhiwandi MLA Rupesh Mhatre, Vishwas Nandekar, Chandrakant Ghugul, Sanjay Awari and Prasad Thackeray.
