She said, “When I was 11-12 years old and was shooting for the TV show ‘Jhansi Ki Rani’, a woman stopped my mother at the airport. She told me that I looked like her daughter. During the conversation, we came to know that the woman was Smita Patil’s mother. That day I was very happy to know that I resembled Smita Patil.”
This experience was very special for Ulka because this meeting not only inspired her but also boosted her confidence. He said that Smita Patil’s mother had also invited him and his mother on Memorial Day later. This became a memorable moment in his life.
