Ultrahuman has officially launched Ring PRO, its third-generation smart ring with a battery life of up to 15 days, along with Jade, a real-time biointelligence AI platform. The products will broaden the health ecosystem of the company and will be introduced in the global market, except the United States market, where Ring PRO will not be available. In India, Ultrahuman Ring PRO will be available April 30 onwards for Rs 42,990.

The Ring PRO, with a 15-day battery life and Jade, an artificial intelligence (AI) biointelligence capable of interpreting health data within its ecosystem, expands the company product portfolio meaningfully. The company also revealed that the AI platform would be released to everyone around the world and the U.S. as a software update.

The launch indicates that Ultrahuman is trying to increase its presence in the wearable health technology sphere by integrating long battery life hardware with an artificial intelligence-based analytics layer, which consolidates information across two or more devices. This release coincides with the rise of competition in the smart ring market where battery life, precision of detection, and actionable insights continue to be the main evaluators of consumer adoption and long-term application.

The company claimed that Ring PRO is designed for performance with the redesigned sensing architecture, improved processing, and improved safety measures, whereas Jade is presented as a system with the ability to provide real-time guidance based on the analysis of the continuous streams of biometric and environmental data.

What’s changed?

Ultrahuman asserts that Ring PRO is provided with a titanium unibody design and provides up to 15 days of battery life, which is significantly higher than the claims of battery life of other smart rings on the market. According to Ultrahuman, the device will have up to 250 days of health data storage capacity internally that enables users to maintain historical data even when off the app or network.

The ring comes in four finishes: Bionic Gold, Space Silver, Aster Black and Raw Titanium, and in sizes of 5 to 14 (still no half sizes). The gadget includes an improved heart-rate sensing design that seeks to enhance the quality of the signal in sleep and recovery, as well as an enhanced dual-core processor that would enhance the on-device data processing speed and machine learning precision.

Safety has also been highlighted with the introduction of a mechanism in which the ring can be cut apart much easier in the event of swelling or damage.

The Ring PRO is complemented with a new PRO Charging Case that the company claims could store at least one year of video data of the ring and was tailored to maintain long-term battery life. The case involves a magnetic charging system and has the features of proximity-based tracking, LED battery indicators, haptic feedback and firmware acceleration to provide diagnostics and updates.

“Ultrahuman Ring PRO is a performance and health intelligence on the next level. It is designed to take the health monitoring ring further and has redefined the category regarding battery life. Battery life of Ring Pro is 3-4 times higher in comparison with the competition. It is a radical innovation” Mohit Kumar, CEO of Ultrahuman says.

Meet Jade AI

Ultrahuman also launched Jade alongside the hardware, the first real-time biointelligence AI in the world, which it claims has the ability to interpret live health data in real time and initiate interventions. The platform integrates the contributions of the wider ecosystem of the company, like the ring data, Blood Vision biomarkers or continuous glucose measurements through the M1 CGM, and environmental data through Ultrahuman Home.

According to the company, Jade is unlike other large language model integrations because it allows conducting real-time analysis and implementations, including launching breathwork sessions or submitting atrial fibrillation detection workflows based on biometric cues. It stated that the possibilities in the future might involve automated lifestyle changes such as ordering food or changing the ambient environment according to health patterns.

The system has two operating options Standard and Deep Research Mode that activate a different depth of analysis level over the ecosystem. Ultrahuman claimed that the site is built so that it can bring out long-term trends in health with instant context-sensitive suggestions. The company mentioned that user data is processed under a secure system, developed to meet the relevant data protection standards, and that its technical assertions were not immediately verifiable.
